- Standard sized covers are normally shipped out within two working days of placement of the order.
- Within New Zealand, orders are shipped by NZ Post Parcel Post or by CourierPost. We recommend that you select CourierPost. If you select Parcel Post, Allergen Control Services cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of your order once it has been delivered to your address.
- Within Auckland, orders are normally shipped by Courier Post (next working day delivery). To all other parts of New Zealand, you may chose for your order to be shipped by NZ Post Parcel Post (1 to 3 working days delivery) or by CourierPost (next working day delivery (North Island); 2 to 3 working days (South Island)).
- New Zealand shipping costs are -
North Island (Parcel Post) $9.95, (CourierPost) $19.95
South Island (Parcel Post) $15.95, (CourierPost) $35.95
regardless of the size of the order.
For pillow covers only (up to a maximum of 4) the shipping cost is $5.95 nationwide.
- Overseas orders are normally shipped by NZ Post International Economy Courier (Available to 25 countries. 2 - 6 working days delivery. May take a little longer outside of major cities).
The cost of shipping overseas orders is dependant on the total weight. After placing your order you will be advised of the shipping cost by email at which time you have the option to continue with or cancel the order.
Note that if your order is subject to import duty or taxes by your country's Customs Department, you will be responsible for this payment. We cannot confirm the policies of any country's Customs requirements. We advise that you check this for yourself before placing your order.
