Travelling and overnight stays create a number of issues for allergy sufferers. Now there’s a range of MiteGuard barrier bedding item that can give you allergy relief while you’re away from home.

This cover uses an elasticated fitted-sheet design to provide a great, easy-to-use temporary solution when away from home. Where possible, pop your normal linen sheet over the top. Our customers have told us they use these covers when travelling, or when kids are out for overnight stays.

This cover is made for an AMERICAN COT (now the most common size in NZ) with these dimensions: 1300mm (L) x 690mm (W) Depth 140mm (200mm total including tuck under so it will fit a range of cot mattress depths). There is a little extra added for shrinkage.

Product Care

Wash your MiteGuard® Covers in hot water (60°C) every 3 months. We recommend doing a hot wash every time the seasons change.

In the meantime, you can vacuum your covers, or wipe them with a damp cloth between washes to keep allergen levels down.
