This highly-effective Dust Mite duvet cover is made from a natural cotton microweave barrier fabric, and encloses your duvet inner for superior allergy protection.
This cover suits a Queen duvet with these dimensions:
2110mm (L) x 2100mm (W)
MiteGuard’s Duvet Covers are designed to enclose your duvet inner (you’ll then put your normal duvet cover over the top of the MiteGuard cover). There is a flap to place under the zip to ensure no allergen leakage. The natural cotton barrier fabric is a very fine weave- just 3.5 microns; the cotton is breathable, allowing air flow and a comfortable sleep whilst protecting you from cat dander, dust mites. The weave is also too tight for bed bugs.
- 3.5 micron cotton barrier fabric
- Quality YKK zip
- 5 year guarantee
- Made slightly oversize to allow for shrinkage when hot-washed
- Made locally in New Zealand - By Kiwis for Kiwis
For families starting out with allergy barrier bedding, we recommend these items

Product Care
Wash your MiteGuard® Covers in hot water (60°C) every 3 months. We recommend doing a hot wash every time the seasons change.
In the meantime, you can vacuum your covers, or wipe them with a damp cloth between washes to keep allergen levels down.
Is it a dust mite allergy?
Frequent sneezing, a runny or stuffy nose and itchy eyes at bedtime are common symptoms of a Dust Mite allergy. You might also cough, have a wheeze or develop eczema.
