Shipping
Standard Orders
We will usually dispatch your bedding covers to you within two working days of placing your order.
Custom made items or those on pre-order are dispatched as soon as they become available.
International orders that also contain items on pre-order may be shipped when together when the items on pre-order are back in stock.
Delivery:
Delivery for larger value items is usually signature required. If you wish your parcel to be left, please add a “safe spot” to the notes section of your order. (Leaving a parcel means you assume the risk if it is stolen)
Courier It Services with Fastway (Aramex), or NZ Post Couriers are used for deliveries in New Zealand, and we have found them to be very reliable. Your parcel can be tracked via their website, and we will provide you with tracking details when we ship your order.
Delays may occur due to weather events, or public holidays. We will inform you of any known delays.
If you are unsure of delivery, please make contact and we can help with a track and trace. Our shipping prices below are (in NZ Dollars).

Custom Orders
Custom-made covers are just that - made to your specifications. They take more time to make so we aim to dispatch within 25 working days of receiving your order. They will have a signature required delivery. If you specify a parcel to be left, whilst we can follow-up with couriers, you accept any risk for a missing parcel.
International Shipping
Overseas orders are normal shipped by NZ Post International Economy Plus. If you want your order shipped by courier - please contact us to obtain a freight cost before placing your order. Courier costs are approximately double the Economy Plus rate. Orders being sent to Australia are normally sent via courier.
International Shipping costs and availability change constantly. The cost of shipping overseas orders is dependent on the parcel size and weight. We reserve the right to contact you should the postage cost exceed the charge applied to your order or if shipping to your destination has been suspended for any reason. (Orders are able to be cancelled and a refund made if a shipping rate cannot be agreed before dispatch).
Note that if your order is subject to import duty or taxes by your country's Customs Department, you will be responsible for this payment. We cannot confirm the policies of any given country's Customs requirements. You should check this for yourself before placing your order.
