Standard Orders
We will usually dispatch your bedding covers to you within 2-3 working days of placing your order.
Custom made items or those on pre-order are dispatched as soon as they become available.
International orders that also contain items on pre-order may be shipped when together when the items on pre-order are back in stock.
Delivery
We use GoSweetSpot to manage our shipping, which allows us to select the most efficient service for your location from a variety of providers, including NZ Post, Aramex, and NZ Couriers.
Your parcel can be tracked via the provider's website. We will provide tracking details as soon as your order ships—please look out for emails from GoSweetSpot or the specific carrier.
Delays may occur due to weather events or public holidays; we will inform you of any known delays. If you are unsure of delivery, please make contact and we can help with a track and trace.
Shipping Rates (NZD)
Free Shipping: Orders over $200: Free Shipping
Standard Nationwide: $10.00
Rural Deliveries: $18.00
Please allow an extra 2–3 working days for rural delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom-made covers are just that—made to your specifications. Because these items are tailored to your needs, they require additional production time; we aim to dispatch all orders within 45 working days of receipt.
Please note that custom orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50 units.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $55.00 NZD (10-15 business days estimated delivery time).
All product prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include NZ GST. International orders are not subject to NZ GST; however, your order may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and/or local taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. MiteGuard has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about potential import charges.
